Description

The study of professional ethics is more than a hypothetical exercise, it is the very foundation of the construction and engineering professions. Transportation industry professionals have a responsibility to understand it, develop it, and live it daily. This workshop explores the history of professional ethics for engineers and the construction industry; and the narrow line that separates legal and professional responsibilities.  It leans on real events case studies that bring to life the unethical choices that jeopardize public safety.  It highlights several ethical transgressions and steps to avoid and eliminate them. Join us for a reflection on this important topic.
